The Women’s ONLY Self-Defense / Jiu-Jitsu program is designed for woman 12 years and older and is dedicated to empowering our female members with essential self-defense skills. Our emphasis is on providing high-quality instruction, with small class sizes ensuring personalized guidance. Join our close-knit community and experience camaraderie and support.

Participants in this program will gain foundational knowledge in various techniques, including striking with the hands and legs, positional strategies, takedowns, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu submissions.
